Cancellation and Refund

YDOINTI is free to play. Nothing can be bought yet: no membership or other purchase is on sale, and Squares and Stars cannot be bought at all. No one can be charged by YDOINTI today, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. When memberships go on sale, they will be sold in the YDOINTI apps for iPhone and Android, through the App Store and Google Play. This website has no checkout and takes no payments.

How a YDOINTI Pro subscription works

Once on sale, YDOINTI Pro renews automatically every month (or every year, on the yearly plan), and the store you bought it from charges you at the start of each new period, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period already paid for. The membership stays active until the end of that month (or year) and then ends. Founder is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

Bought on iPhone (App Store)

  • Cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → YDOINTI → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The steps can change; Apple’s own help is the final guide.
  • Refunds: Apple processes all payments and refunds for App Store purchases and decides refund requests under its own policy. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. We cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves.

Bought on Android (Google Play)

  • Cancel: open Google Play → your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → YDOINTI → Cancel subscription.
  • Refunds: Google processes payments for Google Play purchases. Ask for a refund in Google Play under your order history, following Google Play’s refund policy. The steps can change; Google’s own help is the final guide. If Google cannot help, write to us with your order number and we will look at your request.

After a cancellation or refund

  • When a membership ends or is refunded, its benefits stop.
  • Hunts you completed, your progress and your notes stay yours.
  • A refunded Founder purchase ends its Founder benefits.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits any right to a refund or cancellation that you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.
